UPS Ground shipping is used for non-fragile items weighing less than 50 pounds.

LTL, or freight shipping is used to deliver large items, orders, or hard to ship items. The freight carrier will call the consignee to confirm the delivery time window. Setting the appointment time can only be done by the carrier, not TradeConnect, so it is important we have the right information so your delivery is not delayed.

A common misconception is that residential LTL delivery drivers will come into your house. LTL carriers and their drivers cannot enter your residence under any circumstance due to liability issues. Please make sure your installer or someone who is able to move a large package, over 100lbs, is available to assist you on the day of your delivery.
